Christianity is HARD.

Being a Christian is hard, you literally die and become a whole new person. You will lose sleep, lose friends and potentially lose some family member. Everyday is a new journey within yourself to become a better person. The title may be a bit misleading, but if you’re interested keep reading. Christianity isn’t about being a “perfect person”, as many may think it is ;I’ve learned that being a Christian is being a good person for the sake of others. We are all put on this Earth for a reason and that reason is to help each other, not for us to just go on living for ourselves. It’s killing the ego and living from the soul, it’s putting your pride aside and humbling yourself, it’s loving everyone regardless of who and what they are , it’s holding your tongue so that no further problems may persist.

Being a new Christian is like being a baby, you WILL stumble and even fall a couple of times but your parent/parents will always help you up. Eventually you will be able to hold your own, with your parents still there of course. I’m speaking from personal experience, only lord truly knows how many internal battles I’m continuously fighting, but I can constantly use the word of God to fight those battles. When I began writing this my mind was in a different direction, but I just watched this video on YouTube, I’ll attach the link below.

The Christian life is not a joke, and as I am typing this I can’t help but be brought to tears. This stuff is serious! Living for Christ is not a joke, constantly sinning and repeatedly repenting and not changing your ways is not funny. GOD IS NOT TO BE MOCKED!!! Yes, we are all a work in progress and when you are a new Christian, you will constantly be faced with people bringing up your past and trying their best to not acknowledge who you are transforming into. That is OKAY!!! Do not sacrifice your eternity for the momentary pleasure of another. Keep on keeping on and make sure to be a blessing to those as you are going along. Remember that you reap what you sow, what ever good thought, words or acts you perform will come back to you tenfold!

I pray that this will go out and eventually help someone. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
